Diversity Discussions are a set of cards that include 36 different conversation starters.  Using the cards will not only encourage enlightenment but will also facilitate introspection and bias removal in participants in a way that will bring about benefit to team productivity, patient outcomes, student relations, and even family dynamics as a result of the work that will take place as you go through Diversity Discussions.
